When you arrive at the Club on Monday morning, please:

Drop your bags in front of the pro shop and park your car.
Meet us at our registration tables under the portico at the entrance of the Club.
Once you have registered, head to the Maple Room for lunch, enjoy a drink, and relax.
The putting green and driving range will also be available.

Scramble Tournament Rules:

All players hit, the best shot is chosen, and all players hit from the same spot each time until the ball is holed out.
The ball may be moved up to a club length, and must stay in the same condition (Rough, Fairway, etc.). The ball may be moved up to 3” on the green for putts.
Maximum of 2 putts per hole. Max score for each hole is bogey.
There will be a prize for the First Place Overall Team Winner, Closest to Pin, Straightest Drive, Pro Drive, and Longest Drive winners.

Hand in your scorecard to the golf staff

Golf winners will be announced when all golfers are finished (around 6:15 PM).

Rain Delay & Cancelation Policy:

The Club only cancels outings if there is lightning or the course is too saturated for play. If the Club cancels golf play, they will provide vouchers for each player. As long as golfers can play 10 holes or more with or without lightning delays, plan for a full outing. If we start playing and can’t complete at least 10 rounds, you will receive a voucher.
